Betty White starred in this domestic comedy about a new bride and her husband, an insurance salesman. An unusually wide assortment of neighbors and friends passed through the series, usually serving as foils for one of Vicki's or Gus's schemes. Most frequently seen were their friend Murph, the Clemsons, and an erratic neighbor, Mr. Finley. Jimmy Boyd appeared periodically as their teenage nephew Wheeler.
