	With Fox having passed on Regency Television's fall pilot Windfall, NBC has scooped it up for midseason. The series looks at a group of friends who win a record-setting lottery ticket. The pilot's original cast, including Luke Perry (Beverly Hills 90210), Jason Gedrick (Boomtown) and Sarah Wynter (24), remains attached for NBC.
