Jones joins Arquette for CBS' 'Bomb'

(Posted August 16, 2005 by Leah Yoakum)

David Arquette and Richard T. Jones will save the world in a real-time CBS TV movie tentatively titled "Time Bomb."

The thriller centers on a threat received by the Department of Homeland Security that a bomb has been rigged to explode during the fourth quarter of a big game in Washington. The agency joins forces with the FBI, stadium officials and Special Ops to stop the disaster.

Arquette and Jones will portray Homeland Security agents in the movie, which just went into production.

Arquette was most recently in theaters with "The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl in 3-D." Jones' credits include CBS' Rosie O'Donnell movie "Riding the Bus With My Sister."
