What follows are the top rated cable networks based on total viewers and adults 18-49 in July:

-Total Viewers:
TNT: 2.69 million, USA: 2.26, Fox News, Lifetime and Nick at Nite: 1.91 each, TBS: 1.63, Cartoon Network: 1.61, Spike TV: 1.60, Sci Fi: 1.25, ESPN: 1.18

-Adults 18-49:
TNT: 1.08 million, USA: 1.02 million, TBS: 973,000, Spike TV: 794,000, Lifetime: 768,000, FX: 673,000, Sci Fi: 668,000, MTV: 617,000, Discovery: 605,000, ESPN: 547,000

Not only does TNT rule by considerably proportions, for the second consecutive month the cable network outdelivered UPN and the WB in households, total viewers and adults 25-54.
