Oprah snubbed by luxury store Hermes |

(Posted June 27, 2005 by Stephen Strong) Hermes French luxury store appologized for turning Oprah away from one of its Paris boutiques last week, saying it was closed for a public relations event when she came knocking. Oprah tried to enter the store at 6:45 p.m. on June 14. People were inside shopping while she stood at the door. Oprah has been quoted as saying it was "one of the most humiliating moments of her life." |
