|
(Posted August 25, 2005 by Leah Yoakum) CBS averaged 7.8 million viewers and a 2.9 rating/8 share in the adults 18-49 demographic, thanks to an 8 p.m. repeat of "NCIS" (9.2 million, 2.3/7) and a 9 p.m. original episode of "Big Brother" (8 million, 3.3/9), Nielsen said Wednesday.
At 10 p.m. "Rock Star: INXS" (6.3 million, 3.0/8) won the demo over both NBC's "Law & Order: SVU" (8.7 million, 2.7/7) and ABC's "Boston Legal" (5 million, 1.6/4). Fox came in second place for the night (6.8 million, 2.4/7) with a double shot of "House" repeats, while NBC (6 million, 2.3/6) and ABC (5.3 million, 1.8/5) trailed. Reuters/Hollywood Reporter |
