Biography: Logan Lerman (born 19 January 1992) is an American child actor best known as Bobby McCallister on the television drama Jack and Bobby. The show revolved around Bobby McCallister as a young boy who grows to become President of the United States.
Born in Beverly Hills, California, Lerman first announced his intention to become an actor at the age of 2. He began his professional acting career at the age of four, appearing in television commercials .
Lerman made his film debut in the The Patriot with Mel Gibson in 2000. He appeared in several films over the following years, often appearing as flashbacks of main characters at a younger age as in What Women Want, Riding in Cars with Boys, and The Butterfly Effect.
His first major role was in the television movie A Painted House in 2004, for which he won a Young Artist Award. He made his television debut in 2004 as the lead character Bobby McCallister in the television series Jack and Bobby.
