Biography: Jason David Frank (September 4, 1973) is an American actor and Martial Artist most noted and famous for playing Thomas Oliver, the Green and White Power Ranger on Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Zeo Ranger 5 Red on Power Rangers: Zeo, Red Turbo Ranger in Power Rangers Turbo and the Black Ranger on Power Rangers Dino Thunder. He was born in Covina, California, and currently lives in Atascocita, Texas.
Jason David Frank portrayed Tommy Oliver as the Green Ranger from 1993-1994, the White Ranger from 1994-1996, the Red Zeo Ranger from 1996-1997, and the Red Turbo Ranger in 1997 after which he was replaced by Theodore Jay Jarvis Johnson and reappearing as the Red Zeo Ranger in Forever Red in Power Rangers Wild Force with 9 other Red Rangers to destroy the Machine Empire's generals once and for all. Two years and three months later he becomes a teacher at Reefside High School where he once again takes the power of a Ranger as the black Dino Thunder Ranger leading a soccer player (Conner), a musician (Kira), and a computer specialist (Ethan) to become the Dino Thunder Power Rangers; an artist, Trent, joined the Power Rangers, as a result of his evil persona being taken from him by Mesogog's comrade Zeltrax.
He is a 6th Degree Black Belt with over 25 years experience in the martial arts. He is an internationally recognized and award winning instructor who was a nationally rated competitor from 1988 to 1990.
On June 28, 2003 Kyoshi he was inducted into the World Karate Union Hall of Fame as Master of the Year "American Karate."
In 1990 Jason David Frank won the prestigious Grand Champion title at the Las Vegas Winter Nationals and in 1994 was inducted into The Black Belt Hall of Fame by the American Karate and Kung Fu Federation.
With his knowledge of many different styles of martial arts, Jason David Frank used the most practical applications, modified them with his own philosophies and created his own blend of American Karate.
