Biography: Jake Epstein (born January 16, 1987 in North York, Ontario) is a Canadian actor who plays Craig Manning on Degrassi: The Next Generation.
Jake Epstein is first known for the side-kick role, Cameron in the adaptation of the Dan Greenburg's highly popular supernatural children's novel "Zack Files" (Canada). He made the big leap forward in the spotlight of the next generation of Degrassi. His role as Craig Manning was his claim to fame to many high-school students. Though Degrassi is quite popular in the show's home town of Toronto, there is an extremely large fan base in the United States (shown on The-N).
Jake Epstein currently attends Earl Haig High School in Toronto. He directed his school play.
He used to sing lead vocals and play guitar in his band "Mind The Gap" which is now disbanded.
In 2000, Jake landed a role in the disney channel original movie Mom's Got A Date With A Vampire.
