Les Sekely

Birth Date: 0000
Birth Place: Cleveland, Ohio, USA

Biography: Les Sekely has been producing, writing, directing, and editing his own TV and movie projects for years. He has also played various characters in these projects, and composed the music.

Les has worked for the ABC Network, Nickelodeon, and the Learning Channel on various sketch comedy shows and music video projects. He won a National ACE Award and an Emmy Award for writing/directing/co-producing, Yes, This Is Comedy!, a Mad TV-type sketch comedy show.

As B-moviemaker, Les co-produced Amazon Warrior (1997) and Merchants Of Death (1999), and starred in Bloodstream (2000). (all three released by Cinematrix). In addition, he starred in Unknown Production’s, Vampire Night (2000).

He also wrote and directed, Vampire Time Travelers (1998), a comedy/horror produced by Les's own production company, Secret's Out Productions.

Scheduled for release soon is, The Not-So-Grim Reaper (2001), which is a segment Les wrote and directed for the film, Grey Skies: The Alien Conspiracy, produced by Brimstone Productions. Les is currently working on his latest writing/directing project, I Know What You Did In English Class, scheduled for release in 2002. (another Secret's Out Production.)

Les prefers to call his features, B+ Movies … in other words, hopefully a little better than your average “B” movie.
