Biography: Born in Philidelphia, Michael became part of a family of German Sailors on one side and American Delaware Indians on the other. As a 10 year old Michael directed his first film.... "The Tire". Shot with a super-8 camera his mother bought him, Michael continued making short films into his late teens. Before graduating high school, Michael began getting small parts on television shows as a means to make money for an eventual permenant move to Los Angeles to become a writer. At 17 with filmmaking on his mind, he packed up his belongings and moved west, where he lived with his dog in his truck for 6 months. Surviving on odd jobs and as a personal fitness trainer, Michael grabbed whatever small parts he could as he climbed the Hollywood ladder eventually taking on acting full time. His first lead came with the film "Final Impact" with Lorenzo Lamas where Variety called him "a promising newcomer". Michael moved through a series of low budget films before landing Acapulco Heat. His close call to greater fame came from nabbing the second choice position for "Robin" in "Batman Forever". Michael has continued to make his mark in Hollywood recently writing and directing the film festival semifinalist Killing Cupid (2004).
